Yeah, I never could down his plane. Never even came close. Tried it about ten times and hardly even damaged his plane. I'm apparently horrible at air combat.

I'm on the part right before Pratt helps you escape (it's the next cut scene, if I recall correctly) and it's a goddamn b!tch to do. I've spent an hour on it today alone, and have been trying to beat it for 5 days, and every goddamn time Jacob says like "you're weak" or whatever after I die, I get so goddamn pissed off.
Necessary with Jakey boi, you're supposed to slowly gain a feel for how to do it and to do it fast each time, by instinct each run should become so familiar you just rush through (exactly what Jacob wants). but Faith and John do things differently each time. idk whats the issue, I found it spectacularly easy and was kind of bored with the mission itself. You can easily skip most of the enemies and still finish with 50 seconds left, and if you actually try and kill all of them, potentially with headshots, you end up with like a minute and 10 seconds to spare.
